HWB80 is single station model with accum-head & fixed type clamping sctructure, specially used for 20~30L plastic hollow products, such as mid size drums, small tool boxes, big toys, small sized board & pallets etc.;
It’s productivity for commen 30L barrel is about 55 pcs/hour; The extruder is suitable for HDPE, PP, ABS and their recycled materials; The head system owns FIFO vertical structure, easily to change the material & color with shorter time; The hydraulic system & temperature control are designed more practical.
